DOCUMENT TITLE: Trademark "Hubbard" first use
SUBJECT: First use of the trademark "Hubbard," Ser. No. 74140345, for the goods and services category of "publications; namely, books, course materials and manuals pertaining to religion, counselling, philosophy, education and study technology"
PARTIES: Purportedly, L. Ron Hubbard; Religious Technology Center (RTC)

You may find it somewhat quizzical that L. Ron Hubbard didn't get around to using the name "Hubbard" for "publications; namely, books, course materials and manuals pertaining to religion, counselling, philosophy, education and study technology" until 1977, considering that he had been using "Hubbard" for that exact purpose for 27 years--ever since the publication of "Dianetics: the Modern Science of Mental Health" in May of 1950. In fact, it's patently impossible and absurd. But here it is stated in black and white in the United States Trademark Office record below.

Of course the entire concept is ludicrous enough to make a rational person start sputtering and stuttering, but it becomes understandable when you understand that it was a vitally necessary fraudulent step to a larger fraud planned by Meade Emory and IRS: the creation of a parallel-universe brand of "Scientology," the IRS's own approved brand of "Scientology," something called, exactly, "the Scientology religion."

And in fact, we believe we can pinpoint the exact reason this "first use" is listed as having been at some unspecified date in 1977, making it inclusive of 1977: because the beginning of 1977 was the broad public release of two of the first major works comprising the fraud known as "the Scientology religion." These were two books "based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard," though promoted and sold as being from or "by" L. Ron Hubbard: "The Volunteer Minister's Handbook," and "Modern Management Technology Defined" (known colloquially as the "Admin Dictionary"). To help hide this fraudulent link to the "new" Hubbard "name" being created at the beginning of 1977 as simply a trademark, those two books are listed as being published in December of 1976. But that doesn't mean the use of the word "Hubbard" commercially on those fraudulent works was public until the beginning of 1977. (Not that the people who filed the registration wouldn't cheerfully lie about it to cover up their fraud anyway.)

Speaking of liars, it cannot be allowed to escape notice that at this time period the estimable Lenske brothers claim to have been handling L. Ron Hubbard's "business interests." And didn't they do a fine job with this. Working hand in glove with the IRS plant Norton S. Karno, within five months they will also have managed to "handle" Hubbard's interests well enough to get the corporation where he had permanently assigned all his intellectual property--HASI, Inc.--permanently revoked as a corporation.

You will notice in the record below that the owner/registrant for the name "Hubbard" was never L. Ron Hubbard. It is Religious Technology Center (RTC). The trademark of the name was never even filed until 19 February 1991, after "Hubbard's" reported death. But RTC's apparent "owernship" is really just another part of the fraud: what the record doesn't reflect is the contractual agreement with RTC that all rights to such use of the Hubbard name was retained to the Hubbard estate (becoming part of Author's Family Trust-B), and so was later transferred by order of IRS to CST, the corporation that IRS controls.
