At this conferenc the court may 1) order the case to arbitration, 2) order the case transferred to municipal court, 3) dismiss unserved named parties and/or 4) set the matter for trial. If the case is ordered to arbitration, the arbitrator and two alternates will be selected by all counsel at this hearing.
